My stay at the hotel was amazing. The rooms were great even though mine was facing the construction site, I had no view, but it was a cozy place to relax. The restaurant downstairs served delicious food, although the bath towels in the room could have been better.

The service was amazing, with a nice gentleman present, but not well-trained. There was no explanation of the hotel, and it felt like a 'drop and run' when bags were brought into the room. However, room service, dry cleaning, housekeeping, laundry, welcome drink, and tours/ticket assistance were available.

The hotel is in a great neighborhood, a 5-minute walk to Via Argentina metro, close to shops and restaurants, and in the business district of Panama City. Although not the closest to tourist spots, a short Uber ride could get you there. One standout was Romelino Pena, who provided exceptional service and made us feel welcome despite communication difficulties.
